1. Introduction

Welcome to SolidHooks, a webhook management platform operated by Interstellar Labs ("we", "us", "our"). SolidHooks enables businesses to reliably receive, process, and deliver both inbound and outbound webhooks with built-in retry logic, event logging, and real-time monitoring.

By accessing or using our platform at solidhooks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the SolidHooks platform, including all features, APIs, and related services provided by Interstellar Labs.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Account" refers to the registered account created by a User to access the Service.
  • "Content" refers to any data, webhooks, configurations, or other materials transmitted through or stored on the Service.

3. Account registration and eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

4. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. API usage and rate limits

Access to the SolidHooks API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage exceeds the permitted limits or if we detect abusive behaviour. You are responsible for ensuring that your integration with our API complies with our documentation and these Terms.

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of all Content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not access, monitor, or use your Content except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or enforce these Terms. For more information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability and support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned downtime.

Support is provided in accordance with your subscription plan. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to support requests in a timely manner.

8. Fees and payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in your subscription plan and are due in accordance with the billing cycle specified therein. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by Users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interstellar Labs. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Interstellar Labs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interstellar Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service by any third party.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interstellar Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your Account data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
